Subscriptions and purchases
Understand trials, renewals, cancellation, purchase restoration and refunds for Meditelia Premium.
Before you subscribe
The App Store or Google Play checkout screen shows the final local price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal date and applicable taxes. Review that information before confirming. A trial converts to the paid plan shown by the store unless canceled before the store’s deadline.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
If there is no cancel button and an expiry message is shown, the subscription is already canceled. Access normally continues until the displayed expiry date.
- Open the iOS Settings app.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Meditelia.
- Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial and confirm.
Cancel on Google Play
- Open Google Play with the purchasing Google account.
- Open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Choose Meditelia and tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
Restore a purchase
In Meditelia open Profile → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Stay online and use the same store account used for purchase. Restoration re-checks an existing entitlement and does not charge you again.
- Confirm the subscription is active in the store first.
- Restart Meditelia after restoration completes.
- Family Sharing access depends on the plan and store settings.
Refunds and duplicate charges
Apple and Google process payments and decide store refunds under their policies and applicable law. Meditelia cannot directly refund a charge that the store collected.
Deleting the app or account
Deleting Meditelia, signing out, changing devices or deleting a Meditelia account does not cancel a subscription created through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel through the store separately to stop future renewal.
