Agreement and eligibility

By downloading, accessing or using Meditelia, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent under local law, or use the service with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Wellness service — not medical care

Meditelia provides general mindfulness, relaxation, sleep and educational content. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy or emergency services. Results vary and no health outcome is guaranteed.

• Do not use the service while driving or operating machinery.
• Stop if a practice causes pain, dizziness or distress.
• Seek qualified professional care for medical or mental-health concerns and local emergency help for urgent danger.

Accounts and security

You can begin with an anonymous profile and may later link Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your device and linked provider account secure and for activity performed through them. Notify support if you believe access has been compromised.

Subscriptions, free trials and billing

Premium plans, pricing, trial length and renewal frequency are displayed by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm. If you start a renewable subscription, the store account is charged according to that confirmation and the plan renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by the store.

• Manage or cancel through the same store account used to purchase.
• Deleting the app or your Meditelia account does not automatically cancel the store subscription.
• Refund requests are handled under the store’s policies and applicable law.
• Promotional offers may have separate eligibility rules shown at checkout.

License and acceptable use

Meditelia grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app and content for lawful, non-commercial purposes while these Terms apply.

• Do not copy, resell, publicly perform, redistribute or create commercial derivatives from Meditelia content.
• Do not reverse engineer, bypass access controls, scrape the service, disrupt infrastructure or misuse another person’s account.
• Do not use the service or generated content to violate law or third-party rights.

Content and intellectual property

The Meditelia name, interface, software, text, narration, artwork, music, sounds and other materials are owned by Meditelia or used under license and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Feedback you send may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, while your personal information remains governed by the Privacy Policy.

Availability, changes and termination

We may update, add, remove or discontinue features or content; maintain the service; or suspend access needed to protect users, rights and infrastructure. We may terminate access for a serious or repeated breach. You may stop using Meditelia at any time and may request account deletion.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meditelia is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every personal goal. Meditelia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss where such exclusions are lawful. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

Apple-specific terms

For the iOS app, these Terms are between you and Meditelia, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or support. Your license is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules, including Family Sharing where available. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions.

Changes, disputes and contact
